In recent times, the following players’ complaints against bookmakers have been found out:
November 09, 2019 – Winnings were confiscated. The player registered with Luckybet in the summer of 2019, topped up his account several times, reached 27,000 UAH. He requested a withdrawal of 10,000 UAH. After that, on Tuesday, October 29, 12:59 PM, he received an email from the bookmaker: “Dear Sergey! Your balance has been reduced by 7,800.00 UAH due to the surebets you made, which is prohibited by Luckybet rules.” The player did not agree with the decision and claimed that he did not break the rules.
We contacted Luckybet and they confirmed the accusation against the player of surebetting. The player disagreed with the decision. No consensus over the issue was reached between the two parties. As a result, the complaint was closed as unresolved. Moreover, the bookmaker did not reply to our latest email, so we lowered its rating.
July 29, 2019 – A delay in payment of 1,350 USD. The player signed up with the bookmaker in May and sent a document (passport) for verification shortly after. According to the player, he requested a withdrawal on June 25. The submitted document has the status “Not checked” for over a month already. The bookmaker claims that withdrawal requests are processed within 3 days. The player requested the withdrawal on June 25. Today is June 29, but there was no progress.
No mutually agreed solution to the dispute has been reached.
February 26, 2019 – A delay in payment of 168 USD. According to the player, he could not withdraw money for 2 weeks. The player’s account was verified.

I signed up, made a deposit and won. Their odds are good. I requested a registration bonus and they gave it to me after verification. I made a bet and noticed that it was my own money, not the bonus.
