In recent times, the following players’ complaints against bookmakers have been found out:
April 8, 2017 – A delay in payment of 2,300 EUR. The player requested a withdrawal to Skrill and sent some documents for verification. According to Jetbull rules, the verification process can take no more than 72 hours. The player said that 6 days have already passed, but the documents are not verified and he is not informed of it.
The issue was resolved. Jetbull apologized for the delay and the funds were withdrawn.
November 10, 2015 – A payment delay. The player deposited 40 USD. After playing a game, his balance reached 100 USD. He made a request to withdraw funds to his Skrill account. According to the player, the account was topped up through this payment system. The player did not get the money. When contacting the Jetbull bookmaker, no response followed.
No mutually agreed solution to the dispute has been reached.
