April 9, 2018 – The player made a bet on Dynamo’s victory in the first half of the match CSKA Moscow vs. Dynamo Moscow. The odds on Dynamo to win were at 7. The bet won because Dynamo won 0-1. The player claimed that the bookmaker canceled the winning bet for no reason.
Betway refused to comment on this complaint and help in resolving it.

June 3, 2016 – A payment delay and account closure. The player made a request to withdraw 30 EUR from his account. Betway requested some ID documents. According to the player, the documents were immediately sent. Then his account was closed without any explanation. More than 40 days had passed, but he did not receive the money and his account was still closed.
Betway apologized for the delay and paid the money.
