At the end of the videoconference, they started asking questions about the teams I bet on. Almost a month passed between the prohibition and the videoconference. They named me some teams and I had to name the country they come from. Do I really have to know where a team comes from? I bet in-play. How can I remember all the teams? They said I should know it since I placed the bets. Eventually, they blocked my account and pointed to a paragraph of their terms and conditions, which indicates it was not me who made bets in my account. They have confiscated the winnings but should have returned the deposit, which they have not done. When betting on horse or greyhound racing, do players have to know where a dog or horse comes from? There is 929 USD in my account.
