Players' Complaints

In recent times, the following players’ complaints against bookmakers have been found out:

• 

  January 24, 2019 – An account with 4,300 USD was blocked. The player signed up and played on the bookmaker’s site for 4 years. He made a deposit in early January. The account balance reached 4,300 USD by January 20 and the player requested a withdrawal of 1,500 USD. There was an email from the bookmaker on January 23. It was said that the account was marked as fraudulent since the player’s IP address coincided with that of another account. According to the player, he used a VPN when visiting the site. There was no answer from the bookmaker and the account was blocked.

  No mutually agreed solution to the dispute has been reached.

  October 11, 2018 – Funds of 2,580 EUR were confiscated. The player requested a withdraw of 2,000 EUR. According to the player, the account had been verified. The bookmaker asked for a notarized copy of his passport. All the required documents were sent. The player was suspected of cheating.

  October 10, 2018 – An account with 2,064 USD was blocked. The player won 2,000 USD. According to the player, when withdrawing funds, he sent all the documents requested by the bookmaker. The account was closed because the player was suspected of opening multiple accounts.

  No mutually agreed solution to the dispute has been reached.

  July 16, 2014 – A delay in payment. The player requested a withdrawal of 1130 GBP via bank transfer, but 13 days had passed and it still was not there. The 1bet.com bookmaker attributed it to some technical issues with bank card payments.

  The issue was resolved and the player withdrew funds via an e-wallet.
