There was a delay in payment of 12,703 RUB on August 14, 2019. The player played at this bookmaker for a few months, made small live, pre-match, and casino bets, didn’t use any bonuses. Then she made a withdrawal request for the first time. The bookmaker refused it and requested some documents. The player sent them all. They wrote that the account was verified. According to the player, she couldn’t withdraw any money via the payment method that was used for making a deposit.

The player made a bet on August 1, 2018, at 2:37, ID: 251094104, Bet: Manchester United to qualify into the next round – 40 USD, odds 2.95. The bet won, but the player received a refund.
The dispute wasn’t resolved; the bookmaker refused to resettle the bet because of the rules.
The player made a bet of 2,300 rubles on Loko’s victory in the second period of the Loko vs. Reactor hockey match, ID: 180590123 at 20:22 on March 4, 2018. Loko won in the second period, scoring in the last few minutes. Odds 2.87. The goals were scored, but the bet was settled as a refund.
The dispute was resolved and the player’s bet was resettled.
On December 22, 2018, the player’s account was blocked due to paragraph 10/10.1 of the rules. The player contacted customer support. It said to contact them again on January 8, which he did.
