In recent times, the following players’ complaints against bookmakers have been found out:
The player made bets and then made a withdrawal request. A few days later, instead of payment, the bookmaker asked to fill out a declaration of the origin of the money deposited into the account. The player replied that he borrowed the deposited money. The player sent a screenshot of the deposit on Skrill and some other documents, but the bookmaker canceled all the winnings of $16,985 and wrote that the player didn’t pass the verification.
There is no information about any solution to the problem; the bookmaker ignored this complaint.
The player sent some documents for verification to the bookmaker, but in response received an email where they said that the documents must be in English. It was difficult for the player to provide documents in English as he was a citizen of Uzbekistan.
