Players' Complaints
In recent times, the following players’ complaints against bookmakers have been found out:
August 15, 2020 – A delay in payment of 35,000 UAH. The player was asked for verification after depositing 35,000 UAH. According to him, the bookmaker has been deliberately delaying the verification procedure for over a month. The player cannot withdraw funds, the bookmaker is not responding.
The issue is not resolved.
August 13, 2020 – A delay in payment of 150,000 UAH. According to the player, he cannot withdraw 150,000 UAH and was forced to undergo the verification process a third or fourth time. The documents are checked for two weeks already.

A payment delay. The player deposited 51,000 UAH. The account was blocked after a week of betting. The bookmaker asked for some documents. On October 31, 2018, it started investigating the player’s activity, and 14 days later the account was unblocked. When the player attempted to withdraw the funds, it was blocked again.

Payment of 654,452 RUB was delayed for over a month (November 7, 2018). The bookmaker asked the player to go through all verification procedures, blocking the account. After 14 days of inspection, the bookmaker asked to submit additional documents and wait another 14 days, deliberately delaying the verification process.
The issue was resolved, the player’s account was unblocked.
On September 28, 2019, at 10:46 PM, the player made a 4-fold accumulator bet (Huddersfield – Tottenham, #1155): 3 selections were settled as wins and the last one as a loss, although the player insisted that all 4 should be winning bets, according to official sources. The bookmaker claimed that everything was settled correctly.
On October 4, 2018, the dispute was resolved, the bet was settled in favor of the player.

Terrible bookmaker. They respond like bots. I requested a withdrawal of 5,000 RUB and they said the money would be transferred to QIWI within 24 hours. Two days passed but they kept on saying that I should wait for some more time. The funds never arrived. I reached out to bookmaker and that was when shit happened! They asked for one kind of documents, then some other kind of documents. This way they made a fool of me for a couple of days. To get away with what they had done, they asked for an official printout of my deposits and withdrawals to QIWI (which would take a very long time). If such a serious bookmaker does not have the information about what goes where and to whom, my advice is not to bet there at all! Now I am afraid to deposit even 1,000 RUB there since I am not sure if I can withdraw it or not! I would see the point of it if I was suspected of fraud or tried to withdraw 1,000,000 RUB but, in my case, it is just ridiculous!
