December 18, 2018 – Delay in payment. The player requested a withdrawal of 5,172 EUR. According to the player, 10 days had passed, but the money was not transferred. The account was verified. Novibet CS did not explain why the withdrawal took so long.

November 16, 2018 – Account blocked, winnings confiscated. The Player won 685 GBP and requested a withdrawal. The account was verified. According to the player, when requested to resend some documents, he sent them all immediately. The account was blocked. When the player contacted Novibet CS, no explanation followed.
The player was returned a deposit of 100 GBP. Novibet did not provide sufficient evidence of the player’s violation of the rules.
October 31, 2018 – Account blocked, winnings confiscated. The player won 13,906 GBP and provided all requested documents for verification. When trying to withdraw funds, he was notified of a temporary account suspension. According to the player, he requested an update on the situation multiple times. Novibet did not provide any reason for his account being under review.
The issue was resolved. Novibet apologized for the inconvenience. The player withdrew the funds.
