The bookmaker lowered odds and the player decided to withdraw his money. On July 26, 2018, a withdrawal request was submitted. On August 3, the player complained that the money was not transferred to his account. The bookmaker requested documents for verification. All the documents were provided.
No mutually agreed solution to the dispute has been reached.
On March 11, 2018, the player laid 3 bets on the same outcome: ticket #2861747825 – 3600 RUB, odds 1.6, ticket #2861748347 – 3600 RUB, odds 1.51, and ticket #2861748885 – 800 RUB, odds 1.51. A winning bet was not settled as such. The bookmaker replied that the player made a bet on a game of which the result was already known.
On March 22, 2018, the dispute was resolved, the bet was settled as a win at market odds.
A citizen of Sweden could not withdraw winnings of 3,000 SEK for a week. The bookmaker wrote that he should call the hotline at +7 804-333-72-91, which did not work. The player has previously fulfilled all requirements and provided all documents confirming his identity.
On July 17, 2018, the issue was resolved, the player withdrew the funds.
