March 23, 2019 – Delay in payment of 21,000 RUB. A withdrawal request was submitted. The Marathonbet bookmaker requested some documents for verification. According to the player, the documents were sent on the same day, but the funds did not arrive. The player repeatedly contacted CS, but no answer followed.
The issue was solved.
March 20, 2019 – 21,450 RUB account blocked. The player made a deposit using a promo code. He placed 2 bets to meet the requirements of a promotion offer. Both bets won. The bonus was credited, but the player could not withdraw the money. The player sent some documents to prove his identity.
The issue was resolved and the account was unblocked.
March 12, 2019 – 5,909 UAH account blocked. According to the player, he passed all the checks required by the bookmaker. He deposited using Mastercard. According to the rules, you can only withdraw to the card that was used for depositing. The player has been unable to withdraw funds for a week.
The verification procedure has been completed and a player can withdraw funds.
