In recent times, the following players’ complaints against bookmakers have been found out:
October 27, 2018 – A delay in payment of 100 UAH. According to the player, he requested a withdrawal of 100 UAH that he won on October 21, 2018. The bookmaker approved it and 72 hours later, 100 UAH was withdrawn from the account, but the money did not appear on his card account. The player contacted customer support. They said that the bookmaker was told about the issue and the player should write to the bookmaker. He sent 5 emails to the bookmaker but got no answer.
No mutually agreed solution to the dispute has been reached.
October 12, 2018 – A withdrawal delay. The player requested a withdrawal of 1,500 EUR via Skrill. The request was rejected without any explanation. According to the player, his ID documents were sent several times. The Gamebet bookmaker did not respond to the requests.
Gamebet refused to help with resolving the complaint.
December 19, 2017 – A delay in payment of 5,843 RUB. The player placed single bets, mostly on tennis. According to the player, he won a few bets and decided to withdraw funds to his bank card account. He passed the verification process but was unable to withdraw the money.
The bookmaker blocks accounts and confiscates winnings if one uses surebets.
October 18, 2017 – A delay in payment of 2,484 RUB. The player repeatedly tried to withdraw his funds but was constantly denied. According to the player, the bookmaker refused to name the reason.
The issue was resolved and the player withdrew the funds.
