Players Complaints

In recent times, the following players’ complaints against bookmakers have been found out:

  The player bet on e-football and won over 50,000 RUB on April 17, 2020. He couldn’t withdraw the funds. According to the player, he was going through the verification process via Skype.

  The player was informed that he failed to verify his account, not providing any evidence.

• 

  A delay in payment of 176,820 UAH on January 9, 2019. The player made a deposit through Qiwi and lost about 58,000 UAH. Then he won it back and requested a withdrawal. He withdrew 60,000 UAH instantly because that was his daily limit. Then he won some more money and his account balance reached about 200,000 UAH. The next day, about 5,000 UAH were paid and then some technical issues occurred. A few days later, they paid another 2,500 UAH and that was it.

  The issue was settled and the player withdrew his funds.

  The player signed up at this bookmaker on December 16, 2018. He deposited money via Qiwi and lost about 58,000 UAH. Then he won it back and requested a withdrawal. He withdrew 60,000 UAH instantly because that was his daily limit. Then he won some more money and his account balance reached about UAH 200,000. The next day, about 5,000 UAH were paid and then there happened some difficulties with the withdrawal of funds. Customer support attributed them to technical issues.

  The player withdrew his funds.

  On May 26, 2018, the player bet a large sum on the victory of Real Madrid in the Champions League final. The bet was a winner and the player decided to withdraw the funds to his card. The first withdrawal was successful, but the next day his account was blocked without any explanation. The customer support said that there were some system issues and he should wait.

  As of June 1, 2018, the issue was resolved.

  The player regularly made deposits and withdrawals to his card. They all went without any problems, but after making yet another withdrawal request at the end of October 2018, he received an SMS from the bank that the payment couldn’t go through. The funds were returned to the player’s account the next day. The customer support advised him to use another payment system. But in order to withdraw using a new method, he must first deposit through this payment system.

  The matches are suspected of being fixed. The bookmaker said it can’t influence the deadlines and results of investigations related to unsportsmanlike behavior. The player can seek legal advice.
