In recent times, the following players’ complaints against bookmakers have been found out:
October 8, 2018 – Delay in payment of 9,687 RUB. When playing at BetAdonis, the player withdrew funds from his account several times. According to the player, he has not been able to withdraw his winnings since September 25, 2018.
The issue was not resolved. The bookmaker ignored this complaint.
July 9, 2017 – Account blocked. The player signed up with Betadonis using VPN, made his first deposit of 100 USD. Registration was successful, but the next attempt to log in failed. According to the player, he could not recover his login and password.
The issue was settled.
