November 28, 2018 – Account blocked. The player deposited 8,000 EUR and won 2,000 EUR. The account balance reached just over 10,000 EUR. All the documents that Bet-at-home requested for verification were sent. According to the player, the account was closed and CS stopped responding to his emails.
No mutually agreed solution to the dispute has been reached.
January 26, 2018 – Account blocked, winnings confiscated. The player won 12,572 EUR and requested to withdraw some of the winnings. Bet-at-home asked for some documents for verification. They all were sent. The player was notified that his account was successfully verified. According to the player, his account was blocked when he was trying to log in.
No mutually agreed solution to the dispute has been reached, bet-at-home does not explain as to why the account was closed.
February 22, 2017 – Account blocked, winnings confiscated. The player deposited 400 EUR, balance reached 1,450 EUR after some betting. All of the documents requested for verification by bet-at-home were sent. According to the player, when he tried to withdraw the funds, his account was blocked without any explanation.
