October 31, 2018 – Account blocked, 1,050 GBP winnings confiscated. The player deposited 200 GBP through PayPal and won 1,050 GBP. The account had been already verified. According to the player, when he requested a withdrawal via PayPal, he was asked to provide his ID and a bank statement for verification. All documents were sent.
The account was closed, the deposit of 200 GBP was returned. According to the player, there was no explanation from the Winner.
June 7, 2017 – Account blocked, 357 GBP balance confiscated. According to the player, all the documents needed for verification were sent at the request of the Winner. Every time the player contacts CS, he is told that the verification department is not available, but CS submits a request on their behalf.
No mutually agreed solution to the dispute has been reached.
July 24, 2015 – Account blocked. The player requested a withdrawal of 4,141 GBP. The Winner blocked the account and requested some documents for verification. According to the player, the account was verified and funds were previously withdrawn from the account. The requested documents were sent once again.
