The player topped up his account on August 17. It was blocked on August 19. The bookmaker didn’t answer his messages for the first 3-4 days and then replied that the account was being checked and the timeframe for completion is unknown. The account was unlocked a month later, but there were not 80,000 RUB there, as it should be, but only 31,500 RUB. Bookmaker canceled the bet on August 7 and the winnings were deducted from the player’s last deposit.
The issue was resolved and the withheld funds were returned to the player’s account.
The player put in 10,000 RUB and won the bet. The bookmaker canceled it since the odds were wrong. Then the player’s bet limit was cut to 10 RUB and the bookmaker didn’t allow him to withdraw the funds. It said that the player had first to make bets totaling 10,000 RUB, which he deposited, but it was unreal to accomplish the task with only 10 RUB bets.
The issue was settled and the player could withdraw his funds.
The player made a few bets on the game. Once it was finished and the bets won, the bookmaker made a refund. It was said that the bookmaker’s staff made a mistake in the process of accepting bets, although the player at the same time made bets on the same event in two other bookmakers, where the odds were the same.
September 19, 2018 – The issue was resolved.
After two lost bets totaling 34,000 RUB, the bookmaker limited the player’s ability to bet to 10 RUB at a time. At the same time, there was 15,000 RUB on his account, which the player couldn’t withdraw, since the bookmaker required that he first wagered the latter sum, but he could not do that with 10 RUB bets.
The issue was resolved and the player’s maximum bet was raised.
