March 11, 2019 – Self-exclusion issue. The player requested a gambling break for 15 days due to gambling addiction. The Evobet terms and conditions specify that the bookmaker cannot cancel a gambling break before the expiration date. However, it was canceled and the player could play again after contacting chat support, which is why he lost his money.
The issue was not resolved. Evobet refused to admit their mistake, citing their vague rules.
October 8, 2018 – Account blocked. Evobet told the player that a user from the United Kingdom is not allowed to sign up. October 30, 2018 – Withdrawal issue. On October 15, 2018, the player requested a withdrawal of 300 EUR via a bank transfer but did not receive the payment. Evobet said that it contacted the bank and the payment was gone through successfully. However, the player also talked to the bank: they had no record of this payment on their list of declined payments.
The issue was not resolved and the player claimed that he never received the money.
