October 21, 2016 – The confiscation of winnings. The player deposited 100 GBP, received a 100 GBP bonus and won 1,399 GBP. According to the player, BoyleSports refused to pay the winnings without any explanation. The deposit of 100 GBP was returned, but the winnings were taken away.
No mutually agreed solution to the dispute has been reached.
October 16, 2015 – An account was blocked. The player signed up, passed the verification procedure and deposited 3,500 USD. According to the player, he could not make a single bet. When contacting the Boylesports bookmaker, the answer was that the finance department limited his account and this is not subject to appeal. The account is temporarily blocked and is being checked by the security department.
Boylesports refused to help with resolving the dispute.
