June 8, 2019 – Delay in payment of 2,900 USD. According to the player, he requested a withdrawal and, 2 weeks later, the Pobeda casino replied that he was not allowed to withdraw his funds through the payment method used for depositing. The player was advised to make a minimum deposit using another method, which he did. The player has never received the money.
No mutually agreed solution to the dispute has been reached.
May 17, 2019 – Delay in payment. The player passed verification and requested a withdrawal of 2,400 USD via Neteller. The bookmaker said that the payment was approved and processed. More than a week has passed but the player has not received funds yet. The finance department has ignored the player’s emails.
May 21, 2019 – The funds were returned to the player’s account but he failed to withdraw them.
May 6, 2019 – Payment delay. The player was accused of creating multiple accounts, which is prohibited by the rules. The player disagreed with the decision and claimed that he had only one account. The Pobeda bookmaker did not give any evidence of a violation of the rules by the player.
The complaint was closed as unresolved.
