June 12, 2019 – The 1,100 USD balance confiscated. The player tried to withdraw some of his winnings to Neteller, after which an email requesting verification was sent to his email address. Then another email came about blocking the account and that all the player’s messages would be ignored. The bookmaker returned the deposit of 200 USD.
No mutually agreed solution to the dispute has been reached.
