In recent times, the following players’ complaints against bookmakers have been found out:
The player made a request for withdrawal of 15 thousand rubles on June 18, 2018. The money was transferred the next day, but instead of 15 thousand rubles, 30 thousand rubles were taken away from his account. No one responded to his emails, neither the chat communicated with him.
June 25, 2018 – The issue was resolved and the amount was returned to the player’s account.
The player was charged an extra fee on June 11, 2018. When withdrawing funds, the bookmaker took a commission of 25% since the money was not used for betting. The rule in the agreement was written in small print, and the customer support kept quiet on this commission during the withdrawal, pointing out to the agreement.
The issue was settled and the retained commission was returned to the player’s account.
