July 13, 2019 – An incorrectly settled bet of 10 USD. According to the player, the bookmaker did not count the goal scored in the friendly match Werder vs. Darmstadt on July 13, 2019, pointing to paragraph 7.2.2 and the shorter half time. According to all international sources, the teams played 2 half times of 45 minutes and 7 minutes of injury time.

December 30, 2018 – The player requested a withdrawal of 110 USD to QIWI and it was denied a day later. The bookmaker said that withdrawals are available only through Fair Play betting shops. The player previously withdrew his funds to QIWI. He could not withdraw funds using betting shops in Kazakhstan as he was located in Ukraine.
