The Group Stage, which takes place from December 9 to December 11, and the Playoffs, which take place from December 13 to 15, will be the two separate stages of ESL One Bangkok 2024. A live audience will be present throughout the playoffs, but the Group Stage will only be streamed online.

The 12 competing teams will be divided into two groups of six teams each (Group A and Group B) for the Group Stage.
