Where and When Will the FISSURE Playground #2 Be Held?
Tournament dates are September 12, 2025 (start; some sources say September 9) and September 21, 2025 (end). As for participating teams, a total of 16 invited teams will compete at the event.
The FISSURE Playground #2 is a completely offline LAN event. Matches will be held in Serbia’s capital of Belgrade, at a dedicated studio/LAN environment.
The tournament has a substantial prize pool of US$1,250,000, of which the Player Share is US$500,000, while the Club (Organization) Share is US$750,000.

Which Teams Will Take Part in the FISSURE Playground #2?
The participating teams for the FISSURE Playground #2 haven’t been officially announced yet. As of now, unlike the FISSURE Playground #1, where a few slots were filled via regional closed qualifiers, all teams for #2 will be selected based on the Valve Regional Standings (VRS) from a predetermined cutoff date (July 7, 2025). This tends to include a mix of high-ranking teams and mid-tier squads agreeing to attend. Once FISSURE publishes the official announcement—which was supposed to happen in late July or early August but didn’t—team names will become publicly known.

The FISSURE Playground #2 will have 2 stages:
Swiss (group) Stage
- Runs from September 9 or 12 through about September 17
- Involves all 16 teams, playing a 5-round Swiss System Format
Playoffs
- Runs from about September 17 to September 21
- The top 8 teams from the Swiss Stage advance to the Single-Elimination bracket
All matches (except the Grand Final) are Best-of-3; the Grand Final is Best-of-5.
