CS2: Asian Champions League 2025

Hero Esports stands behind organizing a series of Asian multi-game tournaments within this year’s Asian Champions League (ACL), including the CS2: Asian Champions League 2025, which will end in China by the middle of May. Counter-Strike 2 is one of seven games revealed thus far for the ACL series, which begins with this edition. Not only the CS2: Asian Champions League 2025 but also an event for every game included until now is also expected to be a part of the Esports World Cup (EWC) in a way that it represents one of the numerous qualifying routes for the 2025 EWC.

Along with Hero Esports (formerly known as VSPO), one of the largest eSports event operators in Asia, the ACL will be managed by the recently established Asia Champions League Foundation (ACLF), Hero Esports’ division, which has its own management structure.

The Group Stage features two Double-Elimination groups, where all matches are to be Bo3 after which the winning teams advance to the Grand Final. Second-place teams play a Third Place Decider. It’s a Single-Elimination match (Bo3 series). The Grand Final is a Single-Elimination match too, whose format is yet to be announced.

Who’ll Win the CS2: Asian Champions League 2025?

Even though only half of the participants are known, these teams are the biggest tournament favorites, and we’re sure that the odds on bookmakers for eSports CS2 betting will also favor them. That’s because they come to the tournament as high ranked sides from the VRS.

Announced in September 2024, Hero Esports aims to make the ACL a yearly tournament with a six-month-long season, covering seven to 10 game titles at launch.
