Recomended bookmakers
BLAST Slam is becoming a meaningful part of the competitive Dota 2 scene, filling significant gaps in the event calendar of this globally recognized multiplayer online battle arena video game by Valve.
The BLAST Slam IV runs from October 14 to November 9, 2025, and it will be held in Singapore.
Where Will the BLAST Slam IV Be Held?
The venue organizers have chosen for the tournament, in which 12 teams will compete, is the Singapore Indoor Stadium. The BLAST Slam IV environment, however, will be hybrid: online preliminary phase, then offline LAN knockouts in the mentioned venue.
The total prize pool is US$1,000,000. We couldn’t find a confirmed, official prize distribution breakdown published yet for the event—BLAST’s site still lists “Prize pool distribution coming soon.”
Which Teams Will Take Part in the BLAST Slam IV?
These are the teams already confirmed via direct invites or region/slot assignment:

Besides those seven invited teams, five more teams will join via qualifiers. The qualifier slots are allocated by region: two from Europe, one from China, and one from Southeast Asia, plus one more direct invite not yet announced.

Who’ll Win the BLAST Slam IV?
Based on current form, history, and invited teams, some of the frontrunners for the BLAST Slam IV are Tundra Esports — won Slam III and generally perform well in international Tier-1 events, Team Spirit — coming in with strong momentum (e.g., recent wins, deep runs) and stalwart performances, Team Liquid, and PARIVISION. Other direct-invite teams like Team Falcons or HEROIC could upset, depending on the meta/form/roster stability. As always in Dota, much depends on draft, current patch, and team synergy.
Many eSports betting websites offer odds for big Dota 2 tournaments like BLAST Slam. Some sites mentioned in relation to the Slam IV include BetWhale, BetUS, etc.
The number of teams, regional qualifiers, and mix of online + LAN portions has increased with each edition. BLAST has been refining the format. There’s also greater global regional representation via qualifiers. Earlier Slams were more invite-centric; later ones include more open/closed qualifiers, more regions.
The BLAST Slam III had high peak concurrent viewers (hundreds of thousands) for marquee matches. This increases the stakes for future Slams. (Exact number from prior info, but broadly “significant”.)
If you want to follow live, here are the official and reliable channels/platforms:
- BLAST’s official Twitch channel (BLASTDota)
- BLAST’s official YouTube channel for Dota content / live stream of Slam events.
- BLAST.tv itself — they provide live streaming and probably multilingual broadcast feeds.
- Sometimes “co-streams” via partnered orgs or regional broadcaster partners. Liquipedia lists “streams” under the Broadcast section.
