Meeting statistics

League of Legends Championship Series Summer 2022 (LCS Summer 2022) is the second split of the 10th year of the professional League of Legends league in North America. Ten teams compete in the group stage in a round-robin format for the right to reach the playoffs, where a prize pool of $200,000 and a ticket to the World Champs 2022 is at stake. This split runs from June 17 to August 14, 2022.

The current form of Dignitas

The spring split for Dignitas didn’t go too well. Having finished the split with a score of 8-10, the guys took 7th place, thus remaining one step away from the playoffs. Before the summer split, the organization replaced one player.

The summer split is rather disastrous for Dignitas. In the opening match, the guys lost to Counter Logic Gaming. Then, they tried to surprise their rivals in the second match. It didn’t work against Team Liquid who beat them with no problem. Nothing changed on the third game day. Dignitas lost to the 100 Thieves, thus ending the first game week with a score of 0-3. The second week of Dignitas also started with a defeat. In a very close meeting, Cloud9 took the victory, sending the guys to the score of 0-4. In the final match of the second week, Dignitas simply smashed the Immortals without giving them a single kill, thus finally breaking their streak of 4 defeats in a row. At the beginning of the third week, Dignitas failed to beat FlyQuest in a tense meeting. At the end of the week, Dignitas beat TSM, which brought them to a score of 2-5 in the overall standings. However, at the beginning of the fourth week, the Evil Geniuses didn’t give the guys a chance. At the end of the week, Dignitas lost to the Golden Guardians, thereby starting their losing streak, which so far has two games in a row. For Dignitas, beating Cloud9 will be very difficult, the claim with which LCS betting sites couldn’t agree more.

The current form of the Cloud9

Cloud9’s spring split ended beautifully. The guys finished the group stage with a score of 13-5, advancing to the playoffs from second place. The playoff stage itself for Cloud9 came out a little worse. After losing 3-0 to the 100 Thieves, Cloud9 fell into the lower bracket. There, the guys managed to beat the Golden Guardians 3-0, but in the next round, they lost to Evil Geniuses with a score of 3-0, thus taking 4th place in the spring split. Before the summer split, the organization switched Ibrahim ‘Fudge’ Allami to another position, and replaced one player.

In the opening match of the summer split, Cloud9 lost to Evil Geniuses in a very tense fight, which knocked the guys down for the next week. The guys failed the second match, devastatingly losing to the Golden Guardians, and the third game day was a repetition of the second one. Cloud9 lost to Team Liquid, thus reaching a score of 0-3. The team started the second week with a tense comeback against Dignitas, interrupting a 3-match losing streak. At the end of the week, Cloud9 defeated 100 Thieves without any problems, thus returning to the playoff battle after an unsuccessful first week. At the beginning of the third week, the guys easily defeated CLG, thus, from a score of 0-3, they went to 3-3. At the end of the week, Cloud9 were unable to defeat FlyQuest, which put an end to their 3-match winning streak, but at the beginning of the fourth week, the guys returned to winning spirit, beating TSM, and got 4-4 in the overall standings. At the end of the week, Cloud9 unexpectedly lost to Immortals, which is why they fell to 6th place.
